AT 1200 Powder Feeder

A powder feeder is used to control the amont of powder that is going to the thermal spray process. The powder can be an metal, alloy, ceramic, self fluxing alloy powder, carbide, or just about any material that can be made into a powder.  

The AT 1200 Powder Feeder is a rotating disc powder feeder has it's heritage in the Miller powder feeder. The Praxair powder feeder owes it's orgin to the same group that designed and built the Miller powder feeder, the EPI powder feeder, and the PraxAir powder feeder.

PF 700 Powder Feeder

The PF 3350 and PF 700 Powder Feeder are designed to work with Plasma Guns, HVOF Guns, and Combustion Powder(6p II). The control panel has a digital display of the powder wheel rpm. They have a pressure gage and flow meter to control the carrier gas
